1. Data controller
Hexalink Sports Betting, an independent editorial publication established in 2026, is the controller for the processing described below. You can write to us at the address given on our Contact page.
2. Data we process
We process only: the data you voluntarily send through the contact form (name, email address, subject, message); technical preferences stored on your device (language, tracker consent); and, where you have consented, aggregated audience measurement data. We ask for no identity document, no bank details and no proof of income.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your messages rests on our legitimate interest in maintaining editorial follow-up. Storing your language and consent rests on the technical necessity of the service. Audience measurement rests exclusively on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept for twenty-four months from the last exchange, then deleted. The consent cookie is kept for a maximum of six months. Aggregated audience measurement data is kept for thirteen months.
5. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to our editorial team and to our hosting provider, acting as a processor. We do not sell, rent or exchange personal data. We pass no personal data to the operators reviewed.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Our processing takes place within the European Union. Should a transfer outside the European Union become necessary, it would be covered by the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
7. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, together with the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us from the Contact page: we reply within the statutory one-month period. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
8. Security
Exchanges with our publication are encrypted in transit. Access to the messages received is restricted to the editorial members who need it. We install no software on your device and trigger no automatic download.
9. Minors
Our content is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data concerning a minor. If you become aware that a minor has sent us data, write to us and it will be deleted without delay.
